Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation
1.1 Standout Luxury Weddings Pty Ltd provides an obligation free quote valid for 14 days. After this date item prices may be subject to change without notice.
1.2 Within 14 days of receiving the quote a non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure your booking.
1.3 The final balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
1.4 Under no circumstances will Standout Luxury Weddings Pty Ltd hold any items or dates without a deposit.
1.5 Please note we do NOT light the real flame candles. It is the clients responsibility to arrange this with the venue. Should you require Standout Luxury Weddings to light the real flame candles a fee of $250 applies.
1.6 It is the clients responsibility to ensure Standout Luxury Weddings Pty Ltd have access to the venue from 9am. Should the venue request that Standout Luxury Weddings Pty Ltd start later in the day an additional fee of $350 applies.

2. Variations, Amendments & Refunds to Existing Bookings
2.1 Variations to the confirmed orders are free of charge and can be amended anytime up to 6 months prior to the event date.
2.2 If the client chooses to remove items from their booking less than 6 months prior to their event date, the maximum reduction allowed is 10% of the final invoice excluding delivery charges.
2.3 Final quantities (for e.g. Amount of candelabras, flower stands ect...) are to be confirmed 14 days prior to the event date.
2.4 In the event you wish to cancel your booking for any reason (including, but not limited to Covid 19 lock down or restrictions) you will forfeit your deposit.
2.5 Should the client require to reschedule their booking to another date due to, but not limited to Covid 19 lock down or restrictions we will do our best to accommodate to the new date. If we do not have availability for the new date you will forfeit your deposit.

3. Client Responsibility
3.1 It is the client’s responsibility to check that all details of the service agreement provided are correct. For e.g. quantities, dates, venue location ect..

4. Unforeseen Circumstances
4.1 If due to unforeseen circumstances the hired products become unavailable, e.g.: such as recently damaged from another event. Standout Luxury Weddings Pty Ltd will endeavour to offer clients suitable alternatives or provide a refund to the client on the product that is no longer available. Standout Luxury Weddings is not responsible for any incurred costs to the client due to unforeseen product unavailability.

5. Final Payment
5.1 Final quantities are to be provided 14 days prior to the event, so that a final invoice may be issued with the final balance owing. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event date.

6. Liability for loss/Damages & Personal Injury
6.1 The client agrees to the costs of any breakages, damages or missing equipment, not caused by Standout Luxury Weddings whilst the product is in their use/care.
6.2 All hired items are not to be moved by people/staff other than Standout Luxury Weddings Pty Ltd unless notified and agreed to by management prior.
6.3 Standout Luxury Weddings Pty Ltd is not liable for any injuries or accidents due to breakages/mis-haps whilst hire items are in your care.
6.4 All hired items remain the property of Standout Luxury Weddings Pty Ltd and the hirer must adhere to all terms and conditions.

7. Use of images
7.1 The client consents to Standout Luxury Weddings Pty Ltd taking images of the ceremony / reception / event setup for use on social media or any other advertising platforms.
